12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. 13. Force Majeure

rqc888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, government actions or regulations, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, pandemic events, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent or substantially impair our ability to provide services.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
